ABOUT THE URBAN FAT KID

Lover of music since a young boy mastering the guitar at an early age later crafting his skills on the keyboards to follow his passion of happy hardcore in the early 90s, later in life learning the mandolin to replicate his love of music by REM mainly the song losing my religion for the Out of Time album

The Urban Fat Kid, Played in many bands the final one being The Jonny Turner Band, which was an originals blues band and debut gig at the Marsh Blues Club in Huddersfield UK. Also played in a couple of covers band that did the pub circuit in the Northwest of England. Influenced by electronic music the urban fat kid has a passion for happy hardcore and house music. Taking a break during 2017 - 2023 to recover from a  Cerebrovascular Accident , Returning to play live with Tony Wood as the Pulse Duo with recovery ongoing.
